CBP recently hosted a community engagement event for the Town of Parachute’s planning assistance project, focused on revitalizing the downtown corridor. Residents weighed in on preferred uses—like dining, small shops, and mixed-use buildings—and shared design ideas emphasizing a traditional, human-scaled look with trees, shade, and gathering spaces. The feedback will guide an action plan for near-term improvements and longer-range redevelopment steps to bring more activity, walkability, and local business opportunity to downtown Parachute.
